The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. Responsibilities:

• Enthusiastically Greet guests upon arrival and handle seating arrangements.
• Manage reservations, takeout, and delivery orders.
• Handle phone calls and inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
• Provide exceptional guest relations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
• Operate Aloha POS and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the restaurant's menu and policies.
• Provide helpful guidance to guests regarding menu items and daily specials.
• Process guest feedback in a professional manner.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Experience:

• Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service and guest relations.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS and other restaurant management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Skills:

• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Experience with Aloha POS or similar restaurant management systems.
• Familiarity with food service and restaurant operations.
• Experience in a hotel or restaurant setting.
