Front of House Team Member | Hosts + Restaurant Support Join the Local Cantina Team! At Local Cantina, we believe tacos taste better when the people serving them genuinely enjoy where they work. We're a neighborhood taco joint known for fresh food, handcrafted margaritas, great tequila, and genuine hospitality. Whether someone's stopping in for Taco Tuesday, grabbing Happy Hour with friends, or celebrating something special, we want every guest to feel welcome from the moment they walk through our doors. We're looking for friendly, dependable people to join our Front of House team as Hosts and Restaurant Support. These positions are the heartbeat of our dining room, helping create an incredible guest experience while keeping service running smoothly. If you enjoy staying busy, working with great people, and being part of a fun, fast-paced team, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality Seat guests efficiently while managing wait times Help maintain a clean, organized dining room and patio Run food quickly and accurately Clear and reset tables Refill beverages and assist guests as needed Support servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff during busy shifts Help keep service moving smoothly Create a positive experience for every guest Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality Positive attitude and team-first mentality Strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to stand and move throughout an entire shift Evening and weekend availability Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right people.
