You will you meet, greet and seat guests. You must be willing to learn the menu, prices, specials of the day and drink specials. You must have a good phone presence to take calls and reservations. You must dress for success. You must have diplomacy and tact. Must have proper ID to be hired. (driver license or State ID and birth certificate or Social Security card are examples).
