Job Description

New Albany Country Club is currently accepting resumes for a host to work evenings and weekends. As a Host at New Albany Country Club, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring the smooth flow of the dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat members and guests in a courteous manner Manage reservations and prioritize seating Retain knowledge of reservations and reservation systems Answers the phone politely and professionally Comply with all liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies Perform all side duties such as cleaning, garnish preparation, miscellaneous preparation, stocking, etc. Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Professional Dress Attire is required
