Job Description
Primary Responsibility - To greet and accommodate guest needs in a courteous and timely manner when they walk through our doors.
Specific Requirements and Duties:
- To provide great guest service and seat customers as they come through the door.
- Answer the phone and be able to take to-go orders.
- Use point-of-sale system for guest orders.
- Be able to put together carry-out orders.
- Answer guest questions and provide suggestions regarding food and drinks.
- When needed, to be able to clean tables by removing plates and other unused items from guest's table.
