Job Description
Communicates upcoming promotional ideas/events and procedures to other departments. Greets all guests in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Demonstrates and provides outstanding customer and employee relations at all times. Maintains daily reports on all coupon redemptions. Seeks new and targeted players to inform them of the benefits of all player development programs. Prepares, coordinates, and hosts/administers all complementary and guest events. Maintains a neat and clean appearance of the Player's Club desk. Tracks and monitors guest feedback and participation on an on-going basis to determine program effectiveness. Assists casino patrons with Players Club enrollment. Promotes and provides a positive customer experience by educating guests on the benefits of being a card member.
