Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude, making them feel valued and comfortable Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and answering initial questions about the menu or restaurant policies Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth seating flow and timely service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously to enhance overall satisfaction Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional demeanor and positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment Basic phone and computer skills Previous Host/Hostess or Barista experience is a plus but not required
