Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a difference in children's lives while advancing your skills in a supportive school environment. This contract position focuses on delivering exceptional speech-language pathology services to students within a dedicated school setting. You'll collaborate closely with educators and families, utilizing a variety of methods—including on-site and teletherapy—to help students reach their communication goals.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license applicable to school settings (eligibility for state licensure required) Experience working with pediatric populations Clinical Fellowship candidates (SLP-CFY) are welcome to apply Proficiency in therapeutic techniques for diverse speech and language needs Comfort with both traditional and teletherapy delivery methods
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and develop targeted treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges Provide direct therapy services, both in-person and via teletherapy, to meet students' individual goals Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate effective therapy strategies within the classroom Maintain clear documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and regulatory standards Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights and recommendations for student support Serve as a resource to educational staff regarding speech and language development This contract opportunity offers a dynamic environment to expand your expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology.
