This is an entry position into the Pancake Mill Restaurant Service Department. The Pancake Mill Restaurant is open from 6am to 3pm daily. Service shifts are day shift only. the service department promotes staff from within. the Host/Cashier position may result in a promotion into table service. Applicants should present pleasant appearance and enjoy working with others while providing attentive service to our guests. Schedule will include weekends and weekdays. Prior experience in host/cashiering duties will be helpful and will be considered important during the selection process. Shift will be a day shift and will include weekend work. 25-30 hours a week should be expected. For workers willing to cross train hours can be increased. duties will require some light moving of buss tubs, high chairs, and moving chairs and tables as needed. duties will also include light cleaning using common cleaning solutions. An apron is provided. worker will provide his or her own white and black uniform clothing. Lunch break and 10 minute breaks are scheduled and provided. a meal is also provided at no charge along with beverages throughout the workday.
