This is a rare opportunity to join a company at the ground level and help build something from the beginning. As one of our first two team members and stream hosts, you won't just be filling a role — you'll be helping create the foundation of the company. The right person will have the opportunity to grow with the business, take on more responsibility, and potentially move into leadership positions as we expand. You'll be the face of our live shopping events on TikTok, interacting with customers in real time, showcasing premium golf clubs, and creating an exciting experience for our viewers. We are looking for someone who enjoys being on camera, connecting with people, and bringing energy and personality to a livestream. You do not need to be a golf expert — we will teach you everything you need to know about our products and the business. The most important qualities are confidence, communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to keep an audience engaged. Compensation This position starts at $35 commission for every box sold during your livestreams . As you gain experience, improve sales performance, and help grow the business, there will be opportunities to move into higher commission tiers . Our goal is to reward team members who consistently drive results and help the company scale. High-performing hosts will have the opportunity to increase their earning potential through increased responsibilities, larger livestream events, and expanded roles within the company. Our first run sold 10 boxes within our first 4 days , and we are building toward larger and more frequent livestream events as our audience and customer base continue to grow. A successful livestream host who can connect with viewers, create excitement, and build trust with customers will have a direct impact on our company's success. As we grow, strong-performing hosts will have the opportunity to help us reach higher-volume streams, with experienced streamers in this space often capable of selling around 10+ boxes per day .
