Paid training! Torre is part of Paxos Restaurants which was voted a Top Workplace in the Lehigh Valley! FOH positions have the potential to earn exceptional tips in a fine dining restaurant in addition to base wages! Successful candidates will meet the following requirements: Warmly welcome guests as they arrive and provide menus. Seat guests promptly taking into consideration each server section. Ensure organized reservations and seating charts. Be available to work any shift, weekends and holidays included. Reliable with great attendance and strong work ethic. Recent work experience in a fine dining setting is a plus. Energetic personality with excellent communication skills. Impeccable guest relation skills and a professional appearance. Experience with POS and OpenTable reservation system is a plus. Perform other duties as requested by management. Able to lift up to 25lbs occassionally Able to stand and walk long hours.
