You will set the mood for a great dining experience. We value teamwork, a positive attitude, and great service. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm, friendly smile as they walk in. Manage reservations and walk-ins using our Toast Reservation system. Quote accurate wait times and manage the guest waiting area. Seat guests and hand out menus while introducing the assigned server. Answer phone calls for questions, takeout orders, or bookings. Work with servers and kitchen staff to keep table rotations smooth and balanced. Keep the front area clean , organized, and stocked. Requirements & Skills Friendly and energetic personality with great communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy rushes. Stamina to stand and walk for long shifts (up to 6-8 hours). Past hospitality or customer service experience is preferred (but we will train the right person!). Reliable and punctual with flexible availability for [evenings / weekends / holidays].
