In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage guest relations will be essential in creating a positive dining experience. This position requires a blend of hospitality skills and cash handling expertise, making it ideal for individuals passionate about customer service in the food service or hotel industry. As well as cashing customers out, you will be responsbile for ansering the phone and taking phone orders. Duties Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival. Efficiently to optimize guest flow. Provide excellent guest services by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly. Process cash and credit transactions accurately using the Toast POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Clean and reset tables, seat guests promptly, and maintain overall front-of-house cleanliness during slower periods. Requirements Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
