Essential Functions:

Assist managers in opening and closing. Answering phone calls per

SOP & LSOP.

Seating guests. Control heavy volume at Restaurant entrance. Knowledge of hotel property. Attend to and anticipate guests needs. Familiarization with menus Introduce server to guest. Greeting guests. Knowledge of daily specials. Assign tables and stations. Maintain a clean and organized area Perform additional duties as assigned Perform all duties in accordance with moments of service.
