In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. You must be able to work morning hours. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional guest services, and efficiently handling cashier duties. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements to optimize table turnover Qualifications Previous host/hostess experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting preferred Food service experience is highly desirable to understand guest needs and restaurant operations Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities Familiarity with restaurant reservation management tools and POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Must be able to work Morning Shifts. this is not an evening job.
