  • Part-time Hostess Stand (30-40 hours/week) Coordinate front-of-house host stand operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service to create a positive dining experience. Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists using OpenTable . Communicate effectively with managers, servers, and other team members to ensure smooth service flow. Demonstrate strong time-management skills while balancing guest needs and operational demands. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when handling reservations, guest requests, and table assignments. Troubleshoot seating challenges, scheduling conflicts, and guest concerns quickly and professionally. Foster a friendly, organized, and guest-focused atmosphere. Key Qualities Strong people skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with guests Excellent time management and organizational abilities Attention to detail Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Proficiency with OpenTable Clear communication and teamwork Leadership and decision-making abilities
