Restaurant Host/Hostess

Responsibilities Warmly greet guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest satisfaction Answer incoming phone calls with courteous professionalism, providing accurate information and reservations Assist guests with seating preferences, special requests, and answer any questions about the menu or restaurant services Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth flow of service and guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and waiting area Qualifications Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and a welcoming presence Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is advantageous Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest services standards Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
