Host / Cashier

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive dining experience while also supporting takeout operations. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly first impression Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently Escort guests to their tables and present menus Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth seating flow Answer phone calls and handle inquiries professionally Handle, pack, and organize takeout/to-go orders accurately and efficiently Ensure all takeout items are complete, properly packaged, and ready for pickup Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
