Job Description

We are hiring a highly organized, social-media-savvy operator to help run our fast-growing virtual leadership summits and executive panels. This is part event producer, part panel host, part content creator, and part startup operator. You'll help recruit executive speakers, host online panel discussions, coordinate logistics, create digital content from events, and help grow speaker relationships and post-event revenue opportunities. If you love social media, online events, podcasts, executive networking, AI tools, fast-moving startups, and juggling lots of moving pieces — this role could grow very quickly. What You'll Do Speaker Outreach & Booking Invite executives and industry leaders to speak on virtual leadership panels Use LinkedIn and social media DMs heavily for outreach Coordinate scheduling and speaker communication Build long-term relationships with speakers and panelists Host Online Panels Moderate Zoom-based executive panels and discussions Keep conversations engaging, professional, and moving smoothly Ask thoughtful questions and manage group dynamics Help create a great experience for speakers and attendees Content & Media Production Help turn panels into social media clips, short videos, audio snippets, and promotional content Organize and distribute speaker reprints and post-event assets Work with AI tools to speed up content production and workflows Event Operations Coordinate logistics across multiple weekly events Manage calendars, speaker details, follow-ups, assets, and deadlines Help produce 3-4 virtual panels per week Keep many moving parts highly organized What We're Looking For 2-4 years of professional experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking live on Zoom with senior executives Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Social media savvy, especially LinkedIn Comfortable using AI tools and learning new software quickly Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment Detail-oriented and highly reliable

Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
