• —•About the Role We're running TikTok shop live commerce sessions for a major Chicago•based beauty supply warehouse.

We're looking for a hands-on Live Operator who can manage the room, drive GMV, and keep sessions running tight. This is a performance-focused role, you'll be on the floor during live sessions making real-time decisions that directly impact sales. ———

• What you'll do
• Manage TikTok live session end to end, product sequencing, timing, and pacing.
• Monitor comments in real time, surface buying signals to the host.
• Control product pinning, flash deals, and auction countdowns in seller center.
• Track per-product GMV and conversion during session, adjust on the fly.
• Coordinate with host on when to push, when to switch products.
• Pull post-session data report, GMV, peak viewers, top products, conversion rate.
• What we're looking for
• 1+year TikTok shop live operations experience.
• Familiarity with seller center and live commerce tools.
• ExpErie me in beauty, hair, or fashion categories preferred.
• Clam under pressure, fast decisions maker.
• Available in Chicago or fully remote with overlap during live hours.
• Bilingual (English/Chinese) a plus, not required.
• Schedule & Pay
• $20/hr, paid per session.
• Session are 10 hours.
• Start date: within 2 weeks.
