Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Host to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure they have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing guest flow, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting our team in delivering a memorable dining or hospitality experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor to set a positive tone for their visit Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using open table Communicate clearly with guests. Assist with guest inquiries both in person and over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills Support the dining team by coordinating guest seating and ensuring timely service delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to uphold high standards of hospitality and presentation Collaborate with team members to handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning any issues into positive resolutions Qualifications Previous host/hostess experience in a food service or restaurant environment preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests Experience working with opentable or resy Knowledge of restaurant operations, including reservation management and guest relations techniques Excellent phone etiquette and hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience in hotel or guest services is a plus but not required Join our team and be part of an energetic environment where your friendly personality and dedication to excellent service will shine!
