Duties Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude, providing exceptional guest services from arrival to departure Manage restaurant reservations using reservation management systems, ensuring accurate booking and seating arrangements Maintain efficient restaurant table management by coordinating seating flow and optimizing table turnover Answer incoming phone calls professionally, providing information about wait times, reservations, and general inquiries while practicing proper phone etiquette Assist guests with seating arrangements, waitlist management, and special requests to enhance their dining experience Support food service staff by communicating guest needs effectively and ensuring timely service delivery Uphold food safety standards and cleanliness protocols in all guest interactions and table settings Skills Proven experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role within a restaurant or food service environment Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and clearly Knowledge of restaurant reservation management systems and POS (Point of Sale) systems for efficient operations Excellent organizational skills to manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow smoothly Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for managing waitlists, reservations, and billing procedures when necessary Familiarity with restaurant table management systems and food safety practices to ensure guest satisfaction and safety Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by providing outstanding guest relations in a lively setting!
