The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements to optimize flow and efficiency. Assist with taking reservations and managing waitlists using the Aloha POS system. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Clear tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next guests. Support servers by delivering food and beverages as needed, maintaining a smooth operation during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and condiments. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. Uphold restaurant standards for hospitality, service quality, and food safety. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and phone etiquette. Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS experience is a plus). Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning tables. A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
