Pay:

$12/hour hour plus tips

Expected Hours:

15-25 per week Weekday schedule: 1:30pm - 7pm (2-3 shifts)

Weekend Schedule:

Varies depending on birthday party reservations (one party is typically a 4-hour shift) This position is ideal for college students, young adults, or adults with consistent afternoon availability. We create joyful experiences for young children and their caregivers and are seeking a reliable, self-sufficient team member who can confidently support both café operations and occasional weekend parties. Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Mature and dependable , with a strong sense of responsibility Comfortable working independently , including opening and closing the café Able to manage a steady workflow with minimal supervision Available for weekday afternoons (required) and some weekends Someone who enjoys working with families and small children Responsibilities Welcome customers and check in play passes Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and snacks Manage restocking and maintain an organized work area Keep the café and play space clean and sanitized Clean bathrooms as part of routine duties Open or close the café independently Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Prior customer service or café experience preferred Must complete a food handler certification (paid by us) Additional Weekend Party Host Duties Assist families with setup and celebration flow Serve food and help maintain a smooth party schedule Support cleanup and provide warm, friendly service to guests Benefits One free drink per shift Employee discount Free play passes for employee's children Fun, positive and family friendly work environment If you're dependable and enjoy creating great experiences for families, we'd love to meet you!
