Overview We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and professional Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is essential in creating a positive dining experience and maintaining smooth operations within the restaurant or hospitality environment. Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or guest relations is preferred but not required. Maintain a clean and organized host station and waiting area Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service Manage guest waitlists and provide accurate wait time estimates Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their experience Uphold guest relations by addressing concerns courteously and professionally Support overall restaurant operations by communicating effectively with team members and ensuring guest satisfaction Experience Prior experience as a Host/Hostess in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred Experience in food service, serving, or guest services is advantageous Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service orientation with a welcoming demeanor This role offers an opportunity to develop valuable hospitality skills while contributing to an enjoyable guest experience.
