Overview Join our dynamic team as a Host and be the welcoming face that sets the tone for an exceptional guest experience! As a vital part of our hospitality environment, you will create a warm, friendly atmosphere by greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating flow. Duties Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and professionalism upon arrival Manage reservation bookings using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to optimize seating arrangements Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and guest flow Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, providing accurate information and reservations when needed Maintain a clean and organized host stand, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and seating preferences to enhance guest satisfaction Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for every visitor Experience Previous host or hostess experience in food service or restaurant settings preferred but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests Experience with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Background in food service, hospitality, or hotel environments is a plus Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain professional phone etiquette Knowledge of guest services, serving procedures, and hospitality standards enhances your effectiveness in this role Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to grow their hospitality career while delivering outstanding guest experiences.
