Host - East Sioux Falls HuHot - 2.9 Sioux Falls, SD Job Details 10 hours ago Qualifications English Full Job Description Purpose To welcome and accommodate each guest in a manner that ensures an exceptional dining experience and encourages continued patronage. FRCG requires sincere dedication from all Team Members to deliver outstanding service and hospitality. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor Accurately manage guest seating, including maintaining wait lists and providing realistic wait times Escort guests to tables and inform them of their server's name and any LTO's as appropriate Anticipate guest needs (high chairs, booster seats, booth/table preferences) to enhance the guest experience Maintain accurate floor charts and rotation to ensure fair and efficient seating of servers Maintain awareness of table availability and server rotation at all times Answer phones and provide accurate information regarding hours, location, menu items, and general inquiries Assist with maintaining restaurant flow by coordinating with servers and management Support team operations by assisting with pre-bussing tables, wiping and resetting tables, refilling beverages as needed Bus and reset tables promptly to maintain seating availability Maintain cleanliness of the host stand, lobby area, and general restaurant areas, including floors, restrooms, doors, and windows Complete all assigned side work duties Monitor guest satisfaction and communicate any concerns or complaints to Management prior to the guest leaving Provide a sincere farewell and invite guests to return Physical Requirements Ability to communicate clearly in English (100%) Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (2-8 hours) (100%) Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, and lift to 60 lbs.
