PARTY HOSTESS JOB DESCRIPTION

The Party Hostess is responsible for setting up, cleaning up, and maintaining party tables. Hostesses must ensure there is adequate space/seating for all party guests, and that each party receives everything included in package to provide an exceptional birthday experience to the birthday guest of honor and all the parents and guests. Party Hostesses will predominantly work on the weekends.

MAJOR TASKS

Setting up, serving, and cleaning up assigned Birthday Party. Be available, attentive, and ensure all of Party Parents' requests and needs are met during the party time.

DUTIES Booth setting:

set table, put white board w/ Birthday Boy/Girl's name on the table, clean and restock Napkin Dispenser, tape balloon bouquet in the napkin dispenser. Greet party parents while introducing yourself as they arrive at front and show them to their assigned booth. Make sure every jumper is logged and has completed waiver. Check for jumpers to have socks and that they are not wearing denim bottoms, place wristbands to every jumpers on their wrist only after collecting signed and completed waivers. Give Party Parent $5 game card for each jumper at the start of party, as Event Coordinator will have them ready prior to party for number of jumpers booked. Ask if parents would like drinks served before pizza arrives Take pizza to the booth when the pizza arrives (ask if they would like for you to serve the pizza). Gather party guests for birthday shout out. Give a birthday shout out. Help cut and serve cake to guests. Make sure Birthday girl/boy will receive a free jumping world shirt and a free pass to jump on their next visit. Give Sales order sheet to Event Coordinator 10 minutes before party. Take the bill to the parents and be sure to thank them as they leave. Clean booth; complete and initial Hostess cleaning checklist.
