Bottle Service HostThe Concourse ProjectAustin, TX | Event-Based (Nights & Weekends)About The Concourse ProjectThe Concourse Project is one of Austin s premier electronic music venues, hosting internationally recognized artists, large-scale productions, and unforgettable nightlife experiences.
Our bottle service program provides guests with premium table service, priority access, and an elevated experience inside the venue. Hosts play a key role in creating that experience from the moment guests arrive.
We are seeking energetic, professional Bottle Service Hosts to welcome guests, manage guest check-in, and guide clients through their bottle service experience.
Role OverviewThe Host serves as the first point of contact for bottle service guests, ensuring a smooth arrival, check-in, and seating process.
This role requires strong hospitality instincts, excellent communication, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
You will work closely with the Bottle Service team and security to ensure guests have a seamless and memorable experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Check-InGreet guests upon arrivalConfirm reservations and table assignmentsManage the table lists and check-in processEscort guests to their tables and introduce them to their serverGuest ExperienceProvide a warm, professional first impression for the guestsAnswer questions about the venue, tables, and serviceAssist guests with seating adjustments or requests when possibleMaintain an organized and welcoming VIP entry areaTable Reservations SupportAssist with table bookings when appropriateCommunicate availability and minimums to potential clientsCoordinate with the bottle service team on last-minute reservations or changesCommunicate table arrivals and updates to bottle service staffQualificationsRequiredStrong hospitality and customer service skillsExcellent communication and people skillsAbility to stay organized in high-energy environmentsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeAvailability for nights, weekends, and late hoursValid TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)PreferredExperience in nightlife, hospitality, or eventsFamiliarity with VIP or bottle service environmentsExperience managing guest lists or reservationsComfort working in high-volume venuesWhat Success Looks LikeGuests feel welcomed and taken care of from arrivalCheck-in runs smoothly even during high-volume entry periodsGuests are seated quickly and efficientlyThe guest s experience begins with a strong first impressionWhy Join The Concourse ProjectWork at one of Austin s most respected music venuesBe part of high-energy shows with world-class artistsGain experience in VIP hospitality and nightlife operationsJoin a team focused on creating memorable guest experiences
