Dirdie Birdie is seeking a friendly, outgoing Hosts to join our team!

The Dirdie Birdie is a full-service restaurant and bar with a one of a kind,12-hole miniature golf experience featuring Austin original landmarks. At Dirdie Birdie, we combine elevated food and drinks mixed with an amazing interactive experience, creating the ideal gathering place for families, date night, friends, and everything in between.

Hosts are responsible for: Manage incoming guest reservationsManage the wait list, seating of guests, and oversight of table maintenance during serviceRespond to phone calls and emails in a timely, professional mannerHandle guest inquiries and complaints courteously and efficientlySet the tone for each guest to have a wonderful, dynamic experience with usWe are in search of Hosts with the following qualities:

Warm, engaging, professional demeanorExcellent phone etiquette and communication skillsExcel in time management, interpersonal, organizational, and writing skillsExperience with a reservation system preferred, experience with Tock a plus!

At least 1 year of reservations or hospitality experience preferredWeekend availability requiredPart time availability

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer $13/hr plus tips, which can range from $20-25/hr based on shifts. We also provide all employees with free parking, sustainable hours.
