As a host at Lamberts, you will provide a warm and friendly greeting at the door to guests as they enter. If you are a proactive team player with a strong work ethic, are detail-oriented, and have a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you!

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessaryProviding guests with menus and answering any initial questionsSeating guests at tables and assigning them to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customersEngaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and serviceResponding to complaints and helping to resolve themOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

Active TABC and ServSafe certification requiredExcellent customer service and people skills requiredStrong verbal and written communication skills requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environmentMaintain a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff
