About Us...We are Escuela, a new concept in Austin coming 2026!At Escuela, we offer a unique dining experience rooted in fresh, locally sourced ingredients, exceptional service, and a deep connection to place. We use regenerative and organic practices on our five-acre farm to source our ingredients for our food and beverage menus to create a true farm to table experience. Set in a beautifully restored 100+ year old schoolhouse in the heart of Oak Hill, our restaurant honors the spirit of learning and community that once filled these walls.

Today, that legacy continues through true Texas hospitality. We invite our guests to have a table at our farm to tell them stories about our land, our building, and the people behind each plate. Every team member helps carry this story forward, creating thoughtful, memorable experiences for our guests and community.

In this role, you will welcome guests, organize seating arrangements, lead guests to their seats, and inform them of any specials. Your goal is to quickly build rapport with patrons and make them feel welcome. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and committed to providing an exceptional dining experience.
