Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Hostess/Expo to join our dynamic hospitality team! As a Hostess/Expo, you will coordinate guest seating, manage reservations, and support the serving staff by ensuring smooth operations. Duties Greet guests warmly with a lively and professional attitude, making them feel immediately welcome Manage reservation systems and seating arrangements efficiently to minimize wait times Communicate clearly with guests regarding wait times, menu specials, and restaurant policies Assist servers by coordinating guest orders and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process guest orders when needed Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and enhancing overall guest relations Experience Prior experience as a Host/Hostess or in food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key! Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in hospitality or guest services roles enhances your ability to excel in this position Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally when managing reservations or inquiries Previous hotel or restaurant experience can provide valuable insights into guest relations and service excellence A genuine passion for hospitality, serving others, and creating memorable experiences for guests Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
