Our hotel features 219 thoughtfully designed guestrooms, including 52 suites, signature dining experiences, over 20,000 square feet of event space, a resort-style pool, luxury spa, and curated experiences that connect guests to the energy and culture of Dallas. We're looking for an Overnight Front Office Host to join our team and serve as the face of the hotel during overnight hours. Whether welcoming a late-night arrival, assisting a guest in need, or ensuring the day's transactions are accurately completed, you'll play an essential role in creating seamless experiences while keeping hotel operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Deliver warm, genuine, and personalized service to every guest. Welcome guests, process arrivals and departures, and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidence. Build connections with guests by sharing knowledge of the hotel, neighborhood, and local experiences. Promote hotel amenities, experiences, and premium room offerings. Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily revenue and financial transactions. Generate required reports and ensure the accuracy of guest accounts and hotel records. Maintain awareness of hotel activity and support overnight safety and security procedures. Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure a smooth and exceptional guest experience. Uphold Hyatt and Thompson service standards in every guest interaction. Qualifications Previous front office, guest services, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Luxury, lifestyle, or upscale hotel experience preferred. Previous Night Audit experience preferred. Opera PMS experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight operations. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately handle financial transactions. Ability to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the front office for extended periods. Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Ability to use a computer and other office equipment for extended periods.
