As a PM Host, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and hospitality. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage guest flow efficiently to reduce wait times Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and addressing guest needs promptly Operate Toast Tables & POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth service delivery Manage phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and guest relations skills Assist with seating arrangements, reservations, and managing waitlists to optimize guest experience Support the team during busy hours by assisting with food service, guest inquiries, and maintaining cleanliness standards Requirements Previous experience as a host or hostess in food service or restaurant environments preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus Knowledge of serving protocols, guest relations, and phone etiquette is beneficial Join us and become part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
