Job Summary GrapeTown Vineyard & Farm is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Registration Host / Guest Services Host to be the welcoming face of our vineyard. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will help create an exceptional visitor experience by greeting guests, managing reservations and registrations, answering questions, and ensuring smooth guest flow throughout the property. If you enjoy working with people in a beautiful hospitality setting, we'd love to have you on our team. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude. Check in guests for tastings, events, and reservations. Maintain an organized registration and waitlist system. Communicate estimated wait times and seating availability accurately. Answer guest questions about wine tastings, events, menu offerings, and the vineyard. Assist with guest registrations, ticket sales, and retail transactions as needed. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally. Coordinate with servers, tasting room staff, kitchen, and event personnel to provide seamless guest service. Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining a positive experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host station. Follow all company policies and uphold high standards of hospitality and guest service. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Strong phone etiquette skills to manage incoming calls professionally. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
