As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest flow Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, providing accurate information about wait times and availability Maintain a clean and organized host stand, ensuring all materials are stocked and presentable Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and seating adjustments to enhance overall guest relations Qualifications Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting preferred Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in food service or restaurant operations is highly desirable Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of hotel or guest services experience is advantageous Professional phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential Join our team and be part of an energetic environment where your hospitality skills can shine!
