Chef/Owner Troy Guard currently operates 13 restaurants in the Denver, Fort Collins, and Houston markets. Troy and his executive team are creating a group with a culture; a group where we get to show enthusiasm for all the little dark corners out there to be explored in the world of cuisine, cocktails, wine, and service. There will be high expectations, great rewards, and quite a bit of work to do in this exploration.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced fine dining host or hostess who will leave guests with the best first impression possible.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

The host or hostess is the first point of contact for our guests. It is crucial that our newest host/hostess is approachable, able to follow the organizational structure of our reservation system, capable of understanding our guest seating strategy, and attentive to parties in the waiting area. Successful applicants should have 2+ years of hosting experience in a fine-dining establishment.
