Party Host / Cashier / Attendant

Cheeky Monkeys in Atascocita is looking for a part-time and full-time Attendant, Cashier and/or Party Host to join our amazing team. We are located in Atascocita, TX. We're looking for energetic individuals who are passionate about creating a fun and safe environment for children. If you enjoy working collaboratively, have a knack for providing excellent customer service, and love interacting with kids, this is the perfect role for you. This role reports to the Supervisors and Store Manager. About Us At Cheeky Monkeys, we believe in the power of play, learning, and celebration. Our center brings children aged 10 months to 8 years together to explore, create, and grow in a safe, engaging environment. From interactive soft play areas and arts and crafts stations to themed birthday parties and a cozy café for parents, we're all about creating positive memories for families.

Key Responsibilities Safety First:

Monitor children playing in the soft play area to ensure their safety.

Customer Service Excellence:

Greet customers warmly, answer queries about the facility, and assist parents/guardians as needed. Have a good knowledge of our party offerings to handle phone and in-person inquiries.

Cashiering:

Handle transactions efficiently, ensuring waivers are completed and collected, and check in guests for events.

Team Collaboration:

Work effectively with team members to maintain cleanliness, order, and organization within the play area. Engage with

Children:

Interact positively with children, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Regularly sanitize and clean play structures, play equipment, and café area, ensuring a hygienic environment for all visitors.

Alertness:

Stay attentive and proactive, addressing any safety concerns or issues promptly. Adhere to

Policies:

Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Team Spirit:

Foster a fun, positive, and collaborative work environment among colleagues. Qualifications Previous experience working with children is preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (including greeting guests at check-in and on the phone) Ability to handle cash transactions and basic cashiering knowledge. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Must be reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
