Responsibilities Welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel comfortable and excited about the event. Coordinate and oversee party activities, games, entertainment, and themed events to keep guests engaged and entertained. Manage guest services by addressing questions, resolving conflicts promptly, and maintaining a positive atmosphere throughout the event. Handle cash transactions accurately during ticketing or food service portions of the event. Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring cleanliness, proper presentation, and adherence to safety standards. Use public speaking skills to make announcements, introduce performers or activities, and keep guests informed about event schedules. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues quickly and maintain a lively, organized environment. Requirements Previous experience in events management, hospitality, or customer service is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully. Experience working with children is preferred to create engaging activities suited for all age groups. Lifeguard experience or certification is a plus, especially for pool or water-related events. Excellent communication skills for public speaking and guest interactions. Ability to manage cash handling accurately during sales or concessions. A friendly attitude combined with energetic enthusiasm to motivate guests and team members alike.
