As the first point of contact for our guests, the Host/Host plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and exceptional dining experience. Duties:

• Greet guests and ensure a warm welcome upon arrival
• Manage the reservation process and seating arrangements
• Take orders and assist with food and beverage delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Provide exceptional guest service and respond promptly to guest inquiries
• Utilize

UNION POS

system to process orders and maintain a seamless dining experience

• Manage Reservations on Resy & Adhere to formal dress code.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff and other team members
• Help with general restaurant operations and maintenance
• Demonstrate a positive and helpful demeanor to all guests and colleagues

Skills:
