Host/ Hostess

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic tecrucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, greeting guests, and coordinating seating arrangements while providing outstanding customer service. Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover. Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions. Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about the menu and restaurant services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Handle phone calls with professionalism, taking reservations or answering questions as needed. Uphold high standards of guest relations, addressing any concerns promptly and courteously. Requirements Previous host/host experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Experience in food service or restaurant environments is beneficial. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A background in hotel guest services or hospitality is an advantage.
