Duties Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile and positive attitude, making them feel instantly welcome Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction Answer phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, providing accurate information and assistance Assist guests with seating, menu questions, or special requests to enhance their dining experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction Skills Proven experience as a host or hostess in food service or restaurant settings Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members Familiarity with POS systems is preferred Excellent customer service skills, including guest relations and hospitality expertise Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of restaurant operations, serving etiquette, and hotel guest services is a plus Professional phone etiquette and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests over the phone or in person Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through energetic hospitality and outstanding service!
