Duties Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing waitlists and seating arrangements to optimize flow Provide attentive guest service, answering questions about menus, specials, and restaurant policies Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing and billing Handle cash, credit card transactions, and receipts with precision and professionalism Maintain cleanliness of the host stand and cashier area, ensuring a tidy environment at all times Assist with phone reservations, takeout orders, and guest inquiries with courteous communication skills Support team members in delivering exceptional guest relations and hospitality throughout their visit Requirements Prior experience as a host/hostess or cashier in a food service or restaurant setting preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor to create memorable guest experiences Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in hotel or guest services is a plus but not required Professional phone etiquette and guest relations skills to manage inquiries effectively Join us in creating memorable dining experiences through energetic hospitality and exceptional service!
