Duties Greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism as they arrive, creating a positive first impression Manage restaurant reservations efficiently using reservation management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Escort guests to their tables, ensuring smooth seating arrangements and timely service flow Maintain accurate waitlists and communicate wait times clearly via phone or in person Handle guest inquiries via phone with excellent phone etiquette, providing information about wait times or menu options Coordinate with the restaurant team to optimize table management and guest flow Support food safety standards by maintaining cleanliness of host station and adhering to hygiene protocols Skills Proven experience as a host/hostess or in food service roles with strong guest relations skills Familiarity with restaurant reservation management and table management systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with friendly phone communication abilities Strong organizational skills to manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements effectively Basic math skills for handling reservations, wait times, and guest counts accurately Knowledge of food safety practices and hospitality standards to ensure guest satisfaction and safety Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive guest interactions Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, thrive on creating memorable guest experiences, and want to grow your career in a vibrant restaurant setting!
