The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a medium to fast paced environment. As a host, you will be responsible for welcoming guests , managing reservations, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. Your expertise in hosting and knowledge of customer service will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Responsibilities

• Greeting guests enthusiastically and in a timely manner.
• Make guests feel valued and welcome.
• Managing reservations using the OpenTable system.
• Taking and making calls for reservations.
• Seat guests based on rotation availability, server strength, and preferences.
• Be knowledgeable in our history and menu to answer any questions guests may have.
• Keep host stand clean and stocked.
• Helping buss tables to ensure a clean dinning room. Requirements
• Food Handlers and TABC are required for this position. ( We are a brewery )
• Previous hosting experience is not required but appreciated.
