Responsibilities Greet and assist guests upon entry, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Provide information about events and offerings. Oversee the safety and enjoyment of guests, including monitoring the dance floor and seating areas. Collaborate with the team to facilitate special events and promotions. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the venue. Assist in food service operations as needed, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Engage with guests through public speaking during events or announcements to enhance their experience. Qualifications Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for this role. Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays, nights and weekends, in a dynamic environment.
