Location Overview Join our team in Amangiri. Blending into untouched red-rock country on over 900 acres of the Colorado Plateau, Amangiri and its satellite, Camp Sarika, reflect dual aspects of this ancient desert landscape. A serene sanctuary, Amangiri's 34 modernist suites, Aman Spa and mesa-embracing pool echo the tranquillity of the canyons. Camp Sarika, with its 10 tented pavilions, answers the region's call to adventure. An unrivalled base for exhilarating expeditions and fireside connection, the camp has its own restaurant, lounge and spa suites. Role The Villa Host at Amangiri plays a key role in delivering the unparalleled level of personalized service that defines the Aman experience. Responsible for the seamless care and coordination of all guest needs within our private villas, the Villa Host ensures each stay is effortless, memorable, and reflective of Amangiri's refined sense of place. Responsibilities Conduct thorough pre-arrival preparations—review guest profiles, confirm preferences, coordinate amenities, and ensure villa readiness while maintaining continuous but discreet presence and availability during the guest's stay while respecting their privacy and personal space. Provide discreet, anticipatory, and personalized service to villa guests throughout their stay. Coordinate daily villa operations including arrival preparation, in-room dining, housekeeping liaison, turndown, and guest preferences. Serve as the main point of contact for villa guests, providing an elevated level of personalized and anticipatory service throughout the stay. Work closely with Experience, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams to deliver a consistent and seamless guest journey. Maintain an immaculate presentation of all villa spaces, ensuring all amenities and details are prepared according to Aman standards. Assist with in-villa dining service, private experiences, and special arrangements such as celebrations, excursions, or wellness activities. Conduct departure preparations including packing assistance, billing overview, and farewell arrangements, ensuring a graceful and seamless departure. Uphold Aman's core philosophy of peace, privacy, and personalized service in every interaction. Requirements The job requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or progressive experience in a relevant position within the industry. Must have excellent organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written skills. Full time flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Work hours and days subject to regular variation based on villa occupancy levels and operational needs, which may occasionally require extended shifts. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with composure and ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance as per company policies. Ability to carry, push, and pull heavy loads up to 45 lbs; standing, bending, twisting, and lifting will be required. Ability to work indoors and outdoors, in various climates including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow and able to stand for extended periods of time. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and multi-lingual is a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Internet.
