Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Host/Hostess to welcome guests and create a positive first impression. The Host/Hostess will manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and ensure guests receive excellent service from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival. Manage reservations and waiting lists. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Coordinate seating with servers and management. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with guest requests and resolve minor concerns. Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, positive, and professional attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.

Work Environment:
