Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and friendly Hostess Cashier to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing seating arrangements and cashier responsibilities. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow Answer phone inquiries with courtesy and clear communication, assisting with reservations or questions Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS accurately for processing payments Handle cash, credit card transactions, and issue receipts with attention to detail Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and cashier area Assist in guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously to ensure satisfaction Experience Prior host/hostess experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant environment preferred Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills Experience operating POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest services, and hospitality standards beneficial Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Previous hotel or guest relations experience is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to work well in a team, maintain a positive attitude, and provide outstanding guest experiences Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable moments for every guest!
